The reverse-offer process
The Buyers Marketplace starts with a serious, qualified buyer request—then coordinates consultation, human feasibility review, selective outreach and comparable opportunities.
The buyer or their realtor submits financing readiness, budget, timing, preferred locations, property type, and detailed requirements.
Jason Upton or an authorized team member meets with the buyer by Zoom to clarify the request, discuss feasibility and explain the process. Automated tools may organize information, but a person decides.
If the request is suitable and the required agreements are complete, the marketplace launches a time-limited reverse-offer campaign.
The team approaches suitable owners and listing representatives, including possible properties not currently listed on MLS, and gathers indicative opportunities that reasonably meet the criteria.
The buyer is encouraged to view opportunities that interest them. Timing can vary with availability, participation, market conditions and professional requirements.
The buyer reviews opportunities with their realtor or representative. Advice, negotiations, formal offers, disclosures and agreements for a selected property proceed through the required professional process.
No automated system approves or rejects a housing application. Jason or an authorized team member confirms suitability and consequential next steps.
Portal submissions help participants compare potential opportunities. A click does not form a real-estate contract or transfer property.
Potential participants receive only the information reasonably needed for preliminary matching—not unnecessary buyer identity, seller details or unrelated records.
Service-fee disclosure
A $2,500 non-purchase service fee may apply to accepted participants under the terms of the applicable written service or representation agreement. The circumstances, exceptions and payment terms will be disclosed before participation begins. No payment-card details are collected by this site.
