Nature of the service
The portal helps buyers describe a purchase opportunity, lets sellers privately register a property, supports human feasibility review and coordinates indicative opportunities when appropriate.
Preliminary intake and representation
Submitting a buyer application or seller registration does not create an agency relationship, require a purchase or sale, or obligate Jason Upton, eXp Realty or The Buyers Marketplace to provide representation. Representation, duties, compensation and related terms must be established through the appropriate written agreements and disclosures before advice or negotiation services begin.
No guaranteed acceptance or outcome
Submission does not guarantee acceptance, seller participation, off-market availability, a suitable property, a buyer match, a specific price, savings, financing, a completed transaction or any particular outcome.
Property registration
Registering a property does not list it for sale and is not an offer, valuation or promise of contact. Represented properties must proceed with the involvement of the applicable listing representative. Property information is not presented as a formal offer or listing without permission and proper documentation.
Indicative and non-binding records
Expressions of interest and reverse-offer opportunities are indicative and subject to professional review. Clicking submit, shortlist, request discussion or similar controls does not form a real-estate contract or transfer property.
Timing
The Day 1 through approximately Day 17 process is a target, not a guarantee. Timing varies with participant responsiveness, property availability, market conditions and professional requirements.
Formal professional process
Representation agreements, disclosures, formal offers, amendments, deposits, subject removal, conveyancing and closing must proceed through the processes applicable to the transaction.
Potential non-purchase service fee
A $2,500 non-purchase service fee may apply to accepted participants under the applicable written service or representation agreement. The precise trigger, exceptions, taxes, payment date, refundability and recipient entity must be disclosed and agreed in writing before participation begins. This site does not itself establish that obligation.
Payments
No live payment service is configured and the site does not collect payment-card details. Any future payment collection must occur through an approved third-party provider.
Working terms version: 2026-08-25. Final review by Jason’s managing broker or qualified British Columbia real-estate compliance counsel is required.
